I began my professional career with Andersen in their Business Systems Consulting Division. Our division was on the audit side of the practice to serve the needs of our audit teams and clients. I was first assigned to a large international pipeline organization which was a 2 year / 15 team member project developing a custom accounting system in Paradox. Learning to flowchart, design, define processes, and develop an extremely complex accounting system defined by career in system's consulting and process improvement. I was promoted after 2 years and supervised 5-6 staff on multiple client jobs. I enjoyed training my clients. I developed company specific curriculums and conducted training on the systems and the improved processes for my client's as part of our implementation phases.
