I searched potential candidates from LinkedIn and assessed incoming applications. I conducted the first interviews with candidates, prepared them for further interviews with customers and negotiated employment contracts. The profiles I've searched for at Symbio have been challenging engineering profiles that fulfil the customer needs. At Symbio, the most needed profiles were embedded developers and testing profiles (automation and manual), but also everything from UX Designers to Full-Stack developers. I worked in close co-operation with sales to find the right people for the right project.In addition to recruitment, I took care of consultants on the bench and helped them in competence development. I also organized events together with the rest of the People team.

Pepron is a consulting company focused on bringing new and innovative ways to use cloud and mobile services to facilitate and improve everyday business operations. We implement integrated business solutions with the help of widely used mobile services and the latest cloud technologies.As a in-house Consultant Manager, my responsibility at Pepron was the entire recruitment process of the company. Additionally, I took care of the employed consultants. My main duties were actively searching for new employees for Pepron. I used LinkedIn for searching fitting profiles and sold our company idea (partnership of every employee) to potential candidates during the job interview. The profiles were challenging senior-level IT profiles constituting mostly of embedded- and full-stack developers. In addition, together with sales and operational management, I coordinated the resourcing of customer projects. I acted as a contact person with various external stakeholders, conducted onboarding for new consultants and developed a reputable employer image in the process.

In the role of Jr. Recruitment Manager, my main job was sourcing for suitable candidates which fit our customers’ needs. Profiles were expert/professional level for several industries, with main focus on engineering profiles. My working days consisted of job interviews, personal evaluations, career coaching, sourcing candidates, writing job advertisements, communicating with applicants, and assessing applications. In addition, I represented the company at various events and promoted a positive employer image on LinkedIn.

I started my journey as a recruiter at Studentwork as a Trainee. My job consisted of the same elements as in the Jr. Recruitment Manager role, but in addition, in the spring of 2019, I independently managed “the summer job” -project of one of the company's largest clients, Caruna, from day one to the finalization.
