I am a Marine Science and Evidence Officer with Welsh Government.I have a BSc in Marine Biology from Swansea University, and an MSc in Environmental Biology: Conservation and Resource Management.In addition to my policy role, I am also the Director of Sero Zero Waste, an award-winning zero waste/refill shop in Newport, South Wales, that was established in 2020. Sero Zero Waste aims to reduce plastic pollution and promote circular economy by offering sustainable and ethical products and services. My achievements with Sero Zero Waste include winning multiple awards, such as the Environmental Entrepreneur Award (2022) and the Retailer of the Year Award (2022) from The National, and the Enterprise Award (2023) from Princes Trust.I am passionate about sustainability and conservation, and I have strong skills in environmental science, biodiversity, and conservation issues.
