Tangerine is a social, pr and creative communications agency across b2c & b2b, with a range of global and national clients e.g. Specsavers, Dunelm, Pizza Hut, Ideal Standard. Part of the Executive Board responsible for the company’s business development incl. commercial performance, operations and creative and strategic direction of Tangerine and of our clients. I have held multiple roles at Tangerine as the company evolved due to significant growth and adapted to the ever-changing landscape.Key achievements include: ▪ Business development: identifying and leading creative pitches. Wins include: The Range, Tinder, tastecard, Amazfit, Concern, Ideal Standard. ▪ Implemented a new local strategy for Specsavers Ireland’s social channels, improving brand sentiment, reach and significantly growing social channels. ▪ Successfully delivered the multi-award winning* Power of Frozen social media campaign for Iceland Foods helping increase market share for Iceland and growing social channels. Started as Account Director on the MasterCard Europe and Purina accounts, progressing to Business Lead of the Cereal Partners, GWR and J&J accounts. Constantly striving for creative excellence, to deliver successful campaigns and build long lasting, strong relationships with clients. Key achievements include:▪ Launched the 2015 D&AD award-winning brand platform, ‘Live from the Heart’, forShredded Wheat, through a fully integrated campaign, including TVC, Print,Microsite, Social.▪ Launched Momondo ClickTwoTravel, nominated for a Cannes Lion in 2015 andwinner of 2015 D&AD award.▪ Delivered the Nana State, Shreddies TTL media campaign in Q1/2 of 2015 - the most successful digital/social campaign for Nestle UK in 2015.▪ Brought in additional revenue within the first quarter uponjoining as Senior Account Director, winning three new MasterCard partnershipprojects in 2013, including UEFA Champions League. Other responsibilities include team management, financial management of the account including fee negotiation, development of the SOW and annual contracts, monthly fee reconciliation and forecasting.

I commenced work at Pulse Group as a SAM and was promoted to Account Director in November 2012, working across key accounts Morrisons, Renault and Colgate Palmolive. I was responsible the management of both a Senior Account Executive and Account Executive, reporting directly to my Managing Director. My role involved liaising directly with senior clients and working closely with planning and creative teams to develop a cohesive strategy and deliver highly successful campaigns, on time and within budget.Key achievements include: ▪ IPM Bronze Award winning promotional campaign, Morrisons Millions in 2012, which helped increase like for like sales for the retailer in the third quarter by over 2%.▪ Launch of NEW Palmolive Naturals range through a 64 day UK roadshow inJune/July/August 2012 = 200% sales increase exceeding the 15% target

Commenced work at Teamspirit as Project Manager in August 2010; promoted to Senior Project Manager in May 2011. Liaising directly with the client and working closely with our planning and creative teams to develop a cohesive strategy and deliver highly creative and successful, integrated campaigns for a range of financial services clients, on time and within budget.
