• Working closely with business owners and stakeholders to identify high-impact UX research opportunities in order to understand user goals.
• Managing key research activities, including data analytics, user interviews, contextual research, heuristic evaluations, usability testing and presenting outputs to achieve stakeholder buy-in.
• Working with the design and development team to create user journey maps, wireframes/prototypes to use in validation testing.
• Translating research outputs into product development requirements and delivering these through to a finished product.

• Managing large scale, multi-channel digital projects across the RNLI, ensuring time and budget constraints are met.
• Developing detailed project plans, scheduling of resources and managing project teams
• Budget management and reporting to senior management.
• Managing a diverse range of stakeholders across the business..
• Evaluating risks and developing strategies to overcome project obstacles and mitigate/resolve issues.
• Proactively communicating project progress through various methods and across all appropriate levels.

• My responsibilities include:
• Planning and developing integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns to ensure delivery in line with segmentation and strategic objectives.
• Project managing all campaigns through from inception to delivery, ensuring correct approvals of brand, copy and design have been acquired.
• Prepare and provide campaign reports and presentations, ensuring these have accurate, up to date and relevant information.
• Content management of all online communications, ensuring the website is up-to-date and the SEO is monitored. Using Google Analytics to track activity and make recommendations.
• Planning and implementing PPC and paid advertising to support relevant campaigns.
