Using Reapit to log daily contact and activity. Register applicants and managing applicant data, proactively recommending matched properties, establishing and encouraging business opportunities. Arranging and carrying out viewings, providing vendors with feedback along with producing vendor reports. Ordering leaflet and mailers to target new instructions. Negotiating sales and working towards sales targets, providing sales progression and chain updates to vendors, purchasers and office manager. Ensuring regular contact with vendors and purchasers until completion and contact records/progress notes are up to date and available for other members of the sales team.Carrying out market appraisals for town properties and occasional village/rural properties, keeping in contact with potential vendors.As an administrator, I also updated the window display and organised and built newspaper adverts, produced offer and sales letters, sales memorandum and fee accounts.

Dealing with finance contracts, providing sales support and establishing potential sales / quoting opportunities from new and current customers. Managing insurance, vehicle maintenance and rescheduling contracts for large fleets of vehicles. Producing formal quotations, progress reports and invoicing.

Meeting clients and board members appropriately. Providing a communication line for both staff and clients.

Dealing with both customer and staff enquiries and complaints. Organising staff department shift timetables.
