As the lead psychotherapist and a member of the pastoral team; I manage the counselling and therapeutic provision for students within the school; including initial referrals, clinical assessments, review and network meetings: liaising with teachers, parents and carers, and other professionals and services including Social care and CAMHS. Primarily delivering individual and group art psychotherapy sessions for young people with a wide range of complex learning and mental health difficulties. In addition, I provide clinical supervision and oversee work placements for trainee psychotherapists.

Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team delivering mental health assessments, clinical intervention, and clinical reviews to young people and their families, as well as liaising with other support networks and external agencies such as Children's Services.Delivering individual Art Psychotherapy sessions for young people experiencing mental health difficulties including; complex trauma, attachment disorders, anxiety and mood disorders, social and communication difficulties, and behavioural difficulties.The position was originally under Sussex Partnership Foundation Trust; the service transitioned to North East London Foundation Trust in September 2017.

Principal Teaching Assistant for the Speech and Language Unit; delivering individual and small group support in Maths, and supported SEN students in mainstream lessons.Facilitated a small group Emotional Literacy Intervention, which encouraged SEN students to express themselves creatively in order to build confidence, self-esteem, and develop better emotional understanding of themselves and others.Delivered individual Drawing and Talking Interventions, and facilitated 12-week programmes of sessions with up to 6 students. These interventions supported students' emotional well-being.Team taught in GCSE Graphics and have supported other creative activities and extracurricular activities such as the Arts AwardExam Secretary; helped co-ordinate all internal and external Access Arrangements for the SEN Department Supported daily as a Midday Supervisor and as a Support Tutor.

Supported SEN students in a variety of lessons such as English, Maths, Science, ICT, Art, and Design Technology.Provided specialist SEN support with focus on reading comprehension and social skills for dyslexic students.

As the Venue manager, I was responsible for the organisation and operation of the venue and all front of house activities including; bar and event management, staff management (training, devising rotas, submitting wages) ordering stock, as well as general administrative tasks.In addition, I regularly liaised and co-ordinated events with internal and external Promoters/Musicians/DJ’s.
