Current● Serve as the agency’s first impression, fielding a steady stream of phone calls on multiple lines and greeting clients and visitors. ● Set up appointments; collect voucher-based payments; maintain client documents and enter large amounts of test data using medical software. ● Verify insurance benefits daily. Draft letters, memos, and reports are key to the functioning of the agency. ● Organize staff workshops and programs. Identify HIPPA violations and other breaches, reporting to the Team Leader. Maintained program statistics with 100% accuracy.
