At Accenture, I manage a portfolio of go-to-market solutions for disruptive, growing tech clients. I collaborate daily with experts across the globe to design and build innovative, client-first offerings, including reusable assets that help teams sell and deliver projects successfully. Previously at Accenture, I worked as a client-facing Strategy Consulting Manager, helping tech and products companies develop their senior leaders and transform cultures through the adoption of new mindsets and behaviors.Prior to joining Accenture, I completed a dual MBA (Management & Organizations) and MA in Educational Studies (Policy & Leadership) at the University of Michigan. Before this, I was an organizational strategy consultant for public sector clients with Booz Allen Hamilton and managed strategic initiatives at a youth development nonprofit. In addition, I was a consultant to education and leadership development nonprofits and interned with a charter school network in Detroit. I also served on a nonprofit board for over 3 years and coached a nonprofit leader.I am passionate about helping people reach their full potential and am a trained Co-Active Coach (completed 100+ hours of coach training with the Co-Active Training Institute in 2023). I also received Accenture's internal coaching certification in 2017, after completing one year of coach training and practice. I hold a BA in Spanish and Government from Georgetown University and live in Denver with my husband, three kids, and dog.
