Started this job as a customer service coordinator scheduling appointments, handling phones with multiple lines open, communicating with techs and doctors. In this role I would triage pets over the phone for appointments and again in further detail during check-in. I then started on the job training in the back after about 3 months by restraining pets, setting up exam rooms, preparing vaccines, instruments for blood sampling and anything else that was needed for a specific appointment.
