•Support of WIDR Infrastructure and provision of hosting model for external business units (BSU). My team supports the SQL & IIS Server infrastructure that hosts WIDR and the data driven Risk Management tools developed by the Risk Intelligence team and provides secure processing and storage of data. •Management of Production Change Control - To ensure proper segregation of roles and responsibilities to ensure ITEC compliance •Security Administration of End Users – provision and management of access controls to WDRS systems and applications. Ensure ITEC compliance through access control and recertification and revalidation•Incident Management and remediation - Develop and control robust processes for Issue Management across the WIDR Infrastructure. Ensure visibility of the Issue Resolution Process•Performance Monitoring & Capacity Management – to ensure scalability of the infrastructure for future growth •Process Improvement -Develop and enhance the Infrastructure Processes to enhance excellence effectiveness, execution and efficiency. •Stakeholder Relationship Management -Maintain and enhance relationships both internally and externally with Group IT and Hosted customers on the Infrastructure.

•Leading a team with the responsibility for managing the Credit Risk intelligence infrastructure hosting the Wholesale & International Data Warehouse (WIDR). •Ensure a fit for purpose and fully supported infrastructure is available to support the applications developed by the Credit Risk Intelligence team (RHEA, ARES etc) to aid the business units in credit decisioning•Manage an infrastructure platform and hardware upgrade•Improve the risk effectiveness of the Wholesale Division by supporting delivery of the Wholesale & International Data Warehouse (WIDR) including a robust user support model•Ensure the full capability of the Wholesale & International Data Warehouse is fully leveraged across Wholesale by providing a hosting solution to other Risk Business areas (primarily BSU). •Provide SME input into business critical projects covering data feeds (Corporate AIRB programme, Government Asset Protection Scheme (GAPS) etc.).

•Development of Data Driven Risk Analysis tools (Access, SQL, VBA)•Development of CRI Data Mart (SQL 2000)•Migration of SQL Server Infrastructure to Peterborough Data Centre and implementation of robust DR capability to support applications developed by CRI to support the requirements of the Basel Accord•Design and implementation of CRI product development policy and production change control process to ensure a robust and auditable change control process across WDRS infrastructure environments with demonstrable segregation of duties, responsibilities and environments•Development of a data capture tool to enable the production of a regulatory report against very tight timescales (<6 months).•Development of a high performing team of technical staff and provision of scalable infrastructure and support model to enable the WIDR and Risk Intelligence teams to develop business critical applications for use across Wholesale Business Units
