As an Undergraduate Hall Director, I manage a building of over two hundred first year students as they transition to a college environment. I supervise a staff of six Resident Advisers and help them develop teamwork, event programming, and community development skills in their position. As a Hall Director, I'm able to improve supervisory, crisis management, and building management skills. I manage and track my building's budget for community events. I hold weekly meetings with my staff both individually and as a group to give and receive any major updates about the building and its residents. I review all building reports written by my staff and ensure the incident is being handled properly. In addition to building reports, I track maintenance requests made by my staff until the issue is taken care of. Less commonly occurring tasks I perform include: key audits, scheduling fire drills, and inspecting dorms so that they adhere to building policy and fire marshal standards.

As a Resident Adviser, I served as a resource for about thirty out of two hundred residents in an on campus residence hall. I monitored the building during nightly duty shifts, and wrote community reports when students violated residence hall policies. I performed room checks and building inspections with hall staff. I held community meetings to update my residents on upcoming events and relevant building information. I dealt with roommate conflicts, vandalism, and mental health emergencies. I served in this position for one semester until my promotion as a Hall Director the following semester.

As the Vehicle Compliance Intern for TravelCenters of America, I assisted in verifying driver qualifications for newly hired employees. The verification process included reviewing and uploading motor vehicle reports, updating changes in driver statuses in the online database, emailing site managers to obtain electronic signatures from employees, and using Excel to update and sort large amounts of data.I gained valuable experience in running Excel Macros and using CredentialCheck to review background checks. I updated several databases (PeopleSoft, Comply, and Lytx) with driver information and files. During my internship, I aided in cleaning/optimizing Excel data containing survey responses to each location's vehicle assets. The cleanup consisted of verifying that serial numbers/VINs matched database records, ensuring formatting was consistent, and verifying that data from photo uploads matched survey responses. I occasionally assisted with projects for other Health, Safety, & Security teams including Food & Alcohol Safety and Insurance & Risk.

As a Team Member at Cava, I provided excellent customer and food service. I assisted in opening and closing activities including food preparation and sanitary procedures. I cashiered and made food to order as requested by customers.

As a Sale's Associate at Plato's Closet, I was fully trained in my position. I cashiered, answered phone calls, checked sellers into the inventory/selling system, supervised fitting rooms, tagged items and moved them to storage or the sale's floor, and followed cleaning procedures. Plato's Closet purchases items from sellers; I selected which items the store would be purchasing from sellers and priced those items following pricing guidelines.
