CiEP trainers/coaches and consultants are carefully selected, (internally) CMS-certified and intensively training in (self) management, leadership, communication, future-and solution-oriented coaching and realizing quality and results in an office environment, or a work environment that is based on interaction and information.They are people who, with their broad working experience, are worthy partners for the customer, who know what they are capable of, who are capable of overcoming resistance, who habe a keen ear for underlying patterns and mechanisms, and who have a strong commitment to the desired results. Using themselves as the tool, they contribute with compassion and respect to the client's capacity and potential to optimize the effectiveness of (self) control. CiEP coaches work in all sectors, both profit and nonprofit.
