Leading the Baltic External Affairs and Market access team with core functions of pricing & reimbursement, health economics and government affairs.

Leading the cross functional local therapy area team in developing and implementing the local customer strategy. Delivering global and European brand priorities in market, taking direction from central marketing team on priorities. Defining sales strategies with the sales team to develop clear understanding of sales target, objectives and KPIs. Analyzing the competitive activities and environment systematically. Conducting regular brand performance reviews with the cross-functional HIV team. Engaging with patient organization, government officials and other stakeholders to build a stronger environment. Responsible for Market Access of HIV medicines in Estonia.

Responsible for pricing, reimbursement and market access. Government Affairs responsibilities in mainly in respiratory and HIV therapy areas. Member of Management Team.

Coordination of Reimbursement Dossier submissions to the Ministry of Social Affairs.

Support role

Coordination of cooperation with non-EU countries (Russia, Ukraine, Aserbaijan, etc). Work under Baltic Council Of Ministers Border Guard framework (cooperation between Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania). Coordination of cooperation of State Border Representatives in Russian and Latvian borders.
