Working across a variety of areas including Concierge, Front Office and Club Lounge as well as Telephone Operations and Room Reservations gave me the opportunity to develop my Guest Service and communication skills. In addition to that, working at Club Intercontinental not only taught me the basics of preparing and serving beverages but also how to provide highly personalized service and handle any special requests from VIP Guests.
