I am a strong believer in purpose-led communication strategies, in understanding what drives people and organizations to go the extra mile and how we can all play our part in making our society more inclusive, sustainable, and diverse. As a strategic communications expert with over 8 years of experience in Nonprofit and CSR comms management, consultancy and media, I feel at home in all comms-related disciplines. In addition, I have a deep understanding of target-group-oriented communication, storytelling, and dynamics around societal debates. My network ranges from media and marketing to politics and the non-profit sector. For 5 years, I've developed thought leadership strategies and large-scale campaigns around rethinking education and democracy in a digital society at the Vodafone Germany Foundation. From August 2022 to December 2023 I was the Head of the Communications Department at the Technologiestiftung Berlin. I am currently Senior Employer Positioning & Employee Relations Manager at o2 Telefónica. In this role, I am responsible for the development and execution of the employee relations and communication strategy in order to sustainably communicate topics from the area of Organizational Development & People (such as AI, LEAN, Innovation or DE&I) to internal and external stakeholder groups. I am also in charge of the positioning strategy for board member Nicole Gerhardt and our directors.
