Assess the needs of the business and develop internal and external hiring strategies for all Enterprise Holdings’ brands. I am responsible for attracting quality candidates and managing the hiring and recruiting process. I also train and provide guidance to management regarding effective interviewing and hiring practices. Responsibilities include:Review applicant sourcing and make adjustments to plans as neededScreen and interview candidatesDevelop and manage on-boarding plans designed to increase or maintain 120 day retention percentageBuild relationships on college campuses; ensure that EH has a strong presence on campus at career fairs, career centers, athletic departments, business classes, etcFind and recruit candidates via multiple sources including the internet, university campuses and the Employee Referral ProgramTrain and educate managers on proper actions and effective decision making throughout the hiring processMeasure effectiveness of sources and develop/adopt strategy accordinglyManage the internal promotion processEnsure that all necessary pre-employment background check requirements are satisfiedAct as a consultant to management; evaluate staffing model, make recommendations and deliver solutions to resolve staffing issues
