I also oversee the finance and accounting engagements, including the preparation of financial statements, payroll and tax compliance and other accounting tasks and ensure they are produced on time and to a high standard.- I provide guidance and support to my team to ensure that they are constantly improving their skills and knowledge. - Supervising and guiding team members in outsourcing complex finance and accounting engagements, including regulatory compliance and financial reporting services- Preparing or improving internal accounting policies and Chart of Accounts- Mapping and evaluating existing financial and support functions in the company and helping to streamline and optimize procedures- Review services for accounting and tax compliance and advising of the company’s financial staff and management on various issues- Managing and mentoring team members including performance evaluations, training and career development- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
