• Continuously researching keeping up to date with industry news, technological advancements, new heavy industry projects and project developments in order to advise and support Client’s and candidates. • Building strong relationships with our Clients by taking in-depth job specifications in order to provide the most suitable candidate for their requirements.• Writing adverts and advertising them on various job boards and social networking sites such as OilCareers.com, Oilandgasjobs.com, LinkedIn, Xing and Twitter etc. • Undertake meticulous searches to find a shortlist of suitable candidates matching the client’s criteria. • Undergoing thorough Interview processes with potential candidates to ensure they’re appropriate and are available as per our clients’ requirement. • Providing detailed job descriptions and client information with relevant candidates to ensure the position is fitting with their expectations/ career development and thus obtaining a mutual satisfaction between both parties.• Arranging interviews, providing in-depth feedback from both sides and supporting the process through to offer point.• Meeting face to face with Clients and contractors to develop relationships.• Providing 24 hour support service to candidates throughout the duration of their contracts. Support services include assisting searches for accommodation abroad, transportation advice, tax assistance and processing of candidate payrolls etc.
