Joined the ETF as part of the Learning Design team in 2023 to create online courses for staff working in the FE and Skills sector.A qualified teacher and EMHP (Education Mental Health Practitioner) with a passion for learning, self development, training and emotional wellbeing. *Qualified Educational Mental Health Practitioner trained to provide 1:1/ Cognitive Behavioural sessions, group sessions and deliver psychoeducation workshops for 7-18 year olds, teachers and parents/carers. Experience working alongside primary and secondary schools to develop a whole school approach to mental health.*Qualified Primary Teacher (experience in all age groups including Early Years).*Experience leading Religious Education and Physical Education. *Experience mentoring NQTs (ECTs) and trainee teachers.*Have worked as a children's playworker at YMCA East Surrey across both the 'mainstream' setting and additional needs setting.*A passionate advocate for a creative and broad curriculum with a HUGE PASSION for developing engaging and enticing learning content for both adults and children.*A range of experience supporting children with a wide variety of additional learning needs
