-Developed project plans, budgets and timelines for DSRIP Projects-Drove progress by assisting project teams, committees and partner organizations in operationalizing plans and hitting milestones-Guided assigned projects by ensuring next steps are clearly communicated to team and committee members-Monitored progress towards specific milestones to ensure metrics are met in a timely fashion-Remained informed of changing state regulations through regular communication with PMO Director and DSRIP leadership team-Maintained communication and feedback between project team, committees and Director of PMO-Facilitated coordination of all elements to support project work (meetings, agendas, deliverables, etc.)-Maintained and update schedules and calendars, and provide logistical support to projects
