Epos Database And Loyalty Card Support Officer

I Input the weekly sales figures on to the EPoS database for the none EPoS shops•Coordinate the print management company to design the promotional materials for the Give and Gain loyalty launch and arrange the dispatch of goods to the British Red Cross shops in the UK in time for the launch week•Developed a training package for the UK Retail Field Managers for the launch of the Give and Gain Loyalty card•To run competitions for the shops when we launched the Give and Gain Loyalty Card to increase engagement by staff•To be responsible for generating loyalty card welcome letters, voucher distribution and other customer mail outs whilst complying with data protection legislation and liaising with the Shared Service Centre for the production and mail outs of the documents occurs in a timely fashion.•To support the EPoS and Gift Aid Development Manager with the on-going development of the loyalty card scheme and database and to ensure that systems and processes were up to date and relevant•To maintain the stock levels on Cybertill (the national live database) and raise orders when stock needed replenishing.
