Supporting the Centre Director and Deputy Director at Gloucester House to deliver outstanding practice and learning opportunities to give every child the Best Start in Life. Working closely with parents and the local community to deliver high cultural capital experiences to all children, regardless of background. Ensuring excellent communication between the centre and our families particularly during what has been a very restricted time due to the global pandemic. Supporting staff with delivering the new framework and leading the way for Montessori practice at the centre.

Lead a team of international staff, coordinating viral lessons for Chinese preschool children during the start of global pandemic. Liaising with Chinese teaching staff on curriculum content to provide a fluid and consistent learning experience for our children during these challenging times. On hand to support staff with the quick turnaround from classroom based teaching to online sessions, timetabling sessions and coordinating with parents and local staff to ensure all children received quality provision.
