I am the sole owner of Sylvia's Bespoke Catering, I am new small business serving good, quality, fresh, food in a friendly but professional manor. I offer a range of honest food for any event or occasion from corporate events to wedding receptions.

I served the needs of the general public on the customer service desk. From returns to faults, I worked as part of a large team and was very customer focused to ensure a quality service and repeat business.

I worked very closely with home owners and business where communication had broken down. I negotiated between the two to ensure a positive outcome for both parties. This would include emailing, faxing and writing letters to both customers and business.
