I am leading the European Supply Chain Team inside Global Services organization.● Responsible for developing strategy to expand existing planning engagements and minimize underperforming inventories● Management of inventory in remote locations ● Coordinate and supervise the daily activities of business or technical support or production team● Presentation including creation of presentations to senior management● Set priorities for the team to ensure task completion; coordinates work activities with other supervisors● Accountable for the performance and results of my team within own discipline or function● Train team members internal and external and provides input to employee performance evaluations● Accountable for the budget, performance and results of my team● Responsible of the Business Process Management team in Poland (transition and transform supply chain activities)● Responsible to on board new suppliers in the Arrow Supply Chain organization ● Manage and create new suppliers processes liaising with different stakeholders inside the organization

Minimize the impact of slow moving inventory.Plan & ReviewUnderstand the Vendor’s business including market strategy, financial performance, business/growth goals and total revenueGet well plan to fix any issues in a proactive manner and report back on progress into Business Sector Manager.Work with Business Sector Manager to drive actions and goals from the Plan to achieve and drives this plan.Development PlansRelationshipsInterfacing with Vendor Partner Manager with peer to peer vendor relationship mapping for named partner accounts and Distribution.Leverage the Vendor territory salespeople within the named partner accounts for each Vendor.

Responsibilities- Purchasing for existing and New Product Initiatives across Suppliers- Purchasing Products for stocking packages- Managing inventory pipeline in order to create competitive advantage and to market conditions- Improve Inventory Availability levels to established goals- Identify and Action Purchase Orders to replenish existing parts.- Manage special agreements with Suppliers to clean inventory and improve turns- Managing inventory mix by actioning slow and non moving inventory- Other actions and programs as deemed necessary by Management
