Key achievements include developing the Waitrose food waste strategy and supporting business plan resulting in a 31% reduction in operational food waste (2017 v 2014 baseline). I was responsible for the roll out of a national food surplus redistribution programme. I collaborated with key business stakeholders across the John Lewis Partnership to implement new measurements on food waste driving behaviour change.
