Served as Team Lead and Team Member for various engagements with the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), the World Bank (WB), and the United States Navy (USN). Contributed to corporate business development efforts, engagement control, and quality control. Project roles and responsibilities described below.USN, Business Financial Management (04/16-12/17): Provide strategic financial analysis, draft financial reports and executive summaries, and implement continuous process improvement (CPI) on financial mgmt. business processes. Serves as Team Lead for 5 FTE.USAID, E3 SMART Engagement (10/14 - 04/16): Directed team of 4 FTE to oversee institutional capacity-building and strategic planning project for one of USAID’s largest units. Designed and implemented process improvements, business operations management support, change management activities, and training. USN, Operations & Maintenance, Navy Engagement (08/13 - 10/14): Provided financial management support for a $75M program including budgeting, resource allocation, schedule/cost estimating, and metrics development and analysis.USAID / WB Engagement (06/12 – 08/13): Planned and led organizational capacity development effort for the Association for the Development of Education in Africa (ADEA). Efforts included strategic planning, metrics development, designing operational processes, assisting with stakeholder management, and meeting facilitation/logistics.USN, International Program (01/11 – 07/12): Provided financial and project management for international security cooperation cases between USN and foreign partners. USAID Program Management (10/10 – 07/12): Provided technical and operational mgmt. support to the Africa Bureau, Office of Sustainable Development, Education Division (AFR/SD/ED). Other responsibilities included preparing grant proposals, reports, and donor correspondence; researching educational trends in various countries for emerging partnerships; reporting on educational outcomes in partner programs; conducting market research to develop donor-specific fundraising strategies; and providing financial management.

Major responsibilities included managing logistics for inaugural international conference; editing and distributing bi-monthly electronic newsletter; performing financial management and budgeting support; and contributing to the development of knowledge management strategy and supporting tools.
