As Group Spa Director I manage the Champneys Spa teams within the resorts and hotels across the UK, as well as the Champneys Beauty College.Recruiting, training, and upskilling over 250 Spa Therapists and Spa Apprentices into the wonderful & rewarding industry of Spa and Wellbeing.

Canyon Ranch opened its first international land-based property outside of America, and I was offered the opportunity to move to Turkey on a full-time basis to help implement and manage this new project.Managing a spa of 10'000sqm and 36 treatment rooms, I built and developed the team of 45 staff members, offering a wide array of treatments from Watsu Therapy, Hamman, and advanced skincare with brands such as ILA, Tata Harper, Biologique Recherche, Swiss Perfection, and Perricone.As part of the Executive Committee, I also contributed and was involved in planning and implementing policies, projects, and decisions for the resort with the General Manager.

My role as Spa Director for Canyon Ranch, was a great career step for me, and I thoroughly enjoyed being part of a company so aligned with my own values and visions of health and wellbeing.This is where I developed my passion from Spa, into Spa & Wellbeing, having a more holistic approach to whole body wellbeing and expanding my knowledge.I continued my career aboard cruise ships with Canyon Ranch on Celebrity Cruise Lines, managing much larger teams from 25-35 staff members, and working with a wider audience of customers from all over the world.

I started as a Spa & Fitness Manager with Onespaworld onboard P&O Australia Cruise Lines, where I completed 5 contracts, managing teams of 16 - 20 staff members across the P&O Australia fleet.This is where I really developed my skills as a spa manager, starting at the age of 21.My personal passion was developing and mentoring staff to achieve their goals, both personally and professionally, I absolutely loved leading the team to success and bringing underperforming spas into the green, whilst building a great team environment and delivering fantastic service for our guests.
