Reported to Deputy Director, School and University Partnerships, developed capacity of student-led Right To Play university and college clubs, as well as managing and supporting projects aimed at engaging youth.- Project Manager for the inaugural Right To Play Global Youth Summit in Kigali, Rwanda which coordinated 60 youth from Canada, Mali, Liberia, Ghana, Benin and Rwanda. Responsibilities included: maintaining ongoing project budget and provide final report funding body; coordinating the interests, capacity, and responsibilities between Right To Play International Programs, West and Francophone African Regional Office, and Rwanda Country Office to ensure an inclusive and successful project; Engaging and including local projects and resources to maximize community benefit; developing comprehensive and relevant itinerary for a diverse delegation of youth.- Provided ongoing guidance and supervision of 25 university and college Right To Play clubs across Canada; designed and delivered of workshops and resources based on clubs’ needs and capacity.- Coordinated and ran experiential workshops at annual Right To Play University Club Summit. The Summit focused on in-depth program information, youth advocacy workshops, goal-setting, and leadership capacity building within a development and advocacy lens.

Reported to Executive Director, coordinating and preparing for briefing meetings, writing interim and final reports rationalizing benefits in spending of government funds received, provided programmatic support.- Successfully established relationships and alliances with community groups with the objective to profile the RIWC as well as attract other community groups to avail themselves of the space to maximize community involvement. - Recruited, interviewed and scheduled volunteers; addressed gaps in Volunteer Program by establishing RIWC Volunteer Manual and Volunteer Coordinator Resource Guide, including policies and procedures.- Coordinated the screening of RIWC’s Muslim Youth Project documentary; participants included members of community groups, youth filmmakers, and RIWC staff.
