• Manage and consult with outside counsel to administer the immigration program in the US and internationally• Provide immigration subject matter expertise on employee and company-wide level• Evaluate complex immigration matters to employees with empathy• Resolve immigration escalations and exceptions by promoting discussions that balance business needs, employee experience, and risk.• Maintain the global relocation program and processes• Coordinate Expat processes• Collaborate cross-functionally with Business Partners, Legal, Tax, and People teams on all mobility issues • Provide operational and administrative support to Business Partners, and front-line support to managers and employees

• Process all new hire, status change and termination paperwork• Maintain data integrity for HRIS (including New Hire, Terminations, Data Changes, and Benefits)• Support the administration of benefit plans to ensure the effective delivery of benefits to employees• Coordinate the planning and roll out of US open enrollment including advising on recommended plan improvements, implementation of new benefit carriers, and employee communication• Collaborate with benefits broker in benefit plan design and strategy for all of our regions globally and within the United States• Assist in implementing process improvements in our HRIS system• Support new employee orientation.• Act as a liaison in all immigration cases with immigration attorney and employee• Maintains and audits I-9 files in accordance with company policies and legal compliance.• Administer all leave of absence requests and disability paperwork• Facilitate employee relocations• Manage all workers’ compensation claims • Maintain compliance postings, notices, audits, annual reporting
