Core activities of my position include relationship building, partnership, development and maintenance, business outreach, and community relations.

My current position reports to the Director of Marketing and Communications at BVU. As part of the UMC team, I work to maintain brand consistency. I assist with all logistics and administrative tasks as needed to execute projects effectively and successfully. I am the primary contact for campus clients and act as an account executive for internal client projects. I support vendor partnership communication to ensure alignment and project execution and I also assist in maintaining marketing result data.

As Information Maintenance Specialist in Alumni & Development, I was responsible for entering, acknowledging and documenting gifts and pledges of cash, property and stocks made to the University. I entered, maintained, stored and retrieved demographic information in the University's ERP. My job also included import and export of data from the ERP system for the purposes of reports, mailings and campaigns.

As Enrollment Coordinator, I worked closely with the Director of Enrollment for online, sites and graduate programs at BVU. I was responsible for maintaining the admissions data, implementing the comm flow to prospective students and reporting new enrollment, current student enrollment, credit hours, and number of inquiries and applicants were in the recruitment funnel to adminstration. My job also required me to work collaboratively with many departments such as marketing, business services, registrar, financial aid and IT.
