I have worked in social housing for 20 years and during this time I have gained a wealth of invaluable knowledge of housing stock, building components and associated defects. My experience means that I am able to resolve issues that arise instinctively and efficiently by drawing on personal experience or engaging with partnerships I have forged with internal and external stakeholders. This ultimately leads to exceptional performance and high customer satisfaction. I am highly creative, have excellent attention to detail and am very conscientious and hardworking. I always put the customer at the heart of everything I do and tailor the service I provide to suit the individual I am dealing with. My aim is to try and see things from the customer’s perspective, showing empathy and listening to their views and concerns whilst also playing devil’s advocate and to ensure the best outcome for all parties.
