As a member of the Demand Management Team of IT department, I worked on B2B Web application platform development projects with Agile Scrum methodology, initially joining as analyst and tester in the Scrum team and then as Product Owner.I was responsible for launching the webapps on-time and on-budget by doing scope management and for gathering requirements and analyzing them, create a product roadmap, writing product documentation and user stories, working closely with developers to… Show more As a member of the Demand Management Team of IT department, I worked on B2B Web application platform development projects with Agile Scrum methodology, initially joining as analyst and tester in the Scrum team and then as Product Owner.I was responsible for launching the webapps on-time and on-budget by doing scope management and for gathering requirements and analyzing them, create a product roadmap, writing product documentation and user stories, working closely with developers to check the sprint progress, defining new processes necessary for the product and make sure that all departments could apply them.Main activities:- Manage the product backlog: split epics into features and user stories, write user stories, organize product backlog refinement with the team to explain features and stories and size them.- Participate in the sprint: participate in all SCRUM ceremonies (daily, planning, review, and retrospective) and work closely to developers and testers to discuss the acceptance criteria and to support technical analysis during the refinement meeting, and ensure that the work meets the requirements.- Run queries to find test cases and to support the analysis.- Organize and manage weekly touchpoint with product manager and service design team in order to share the backlog status and discuss priorities, issues, and new requirements.- Write functional documentation.- Participate in Feasibility Analysis: take part in workshops to gathering ideas and customers needs and design wireframes of the product with product managers, service design teams and sales accounts and define all epics and choose MVP epics, and eventually create a product roadmap.- Analyze web-platform usage to create reports for the product manager to identify and assess clients’ needs.
