I managed and guided enhancements of the Magento-based website, monitored and updated the online catalog database, conducted product photography, digital photo enhancements, image asset tracking, personalization parameters/preview, product information, product copy, and online product setup. I also developed organic social media campaigns to drive traffic to company website and was responsible for relationships and sales with wholesale and retail customers online and in the field.

As a digital marketing consultant, I worked with clients and internal teams to create successful data-driven, audience-specific digital strategy. I helped to guide day-to-day public relations and social media activity. Other responsibilities include analyzing and reporting web analytics data, social media metrics and campaign performance. I researched industry trends, emerging technologies, digital strategy, and marketing best practices, conducted SEO/SEM and implemented digital campaign that increased email click rates by 87%, Facebook monthly reach by 1095%, monthly sales by 217%.

I began my time at FHS, by processing, describing and arranging archival collections. I created an XML finding aid for the largest known archival collection of materials collected from the Society of American Foresters.

While at UNC-TV, I worked to build a digital repository for their vast photo archive. I located and organized photos before researching and identifying people, places and dates of the materials. Using Adobe Photoshop Lightroom, I imported and formatted the materials and then created metadata for materials following The Still Image Working Group guidelines. I developed digital photo albums though the Gallery 2.3.2. program and maintained the albums on the UNC-TV wiki interface.

I worked in the Reference Department processing and cataloging incoming International Documents for UNC Chapel Hill libraries collection.

I was hired by Adstracts, Inc. to initiate a Research and Development Department for the promotional marketing firm. I acted as the Information liaison between Business Department and Design Department and conducted extensive research on client products and the intended audience. I created articulate advisory reports to be used for product development, composed grant proposals for product funding and acted as patent agent in obtaining patents for Adstracts products.
