My mission is to contribute generously to the lives of others by actively listening, writing and solving problems using my interpersonal and creative skill sets. With over six years' experience in retail roles (including one year volunteering in the not-for-profit sector), I am committed to further developing my customer focus, analytical and creative communication skills to acknowledge and fulfil diverse client needs. Motivated by my core values of respect, trust and empathy, I have generated first-hand consumer insights and brand relationships by offering personalised assistance to customers of various backgrounds and circumstances. Whilst simultaneously completing a Bachelor of Media and Communications (Advertising), I have studied social media marketing and am proficient in Microsoft Office, WordPress, Canva and video editing using Adobe Premiere Pro. I have also collaborated virtually on campaign pitches and reports, collectively achieving Distinction and High Distinction grades with likeminded peers across Australia.
