1. Interview the candidates2. Oversee and distribute fair tasks to the members basis on their current stage3. Analyze group performance weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly, send the feedback to team leaders including other group leaders,section leader, managing editor and publisher and collaborate with them to make recommendations for improvement4. Collaborate with the training team to schedule training or supervision if necessary5. Provide group sessions as well as one-on-one meetings where individuals can voice their concerns or questions6. Communicate and discuss with team leaders to explore better ideas and strategies to achieve better personal development andjournals and section performance improvement7. Organize relationship building activities to facilitate bonding and intimacy between member
