Kupona Foundation is the U.S.-based sister organization to the Comprehensive Community Based Rehabilitation in Tanzania (CCBRT) non-profit organization. CCBRT serves the Tanzanian community and the most vulnerable with accessible specialized services and development programs including social impact services (subsidized and free care for, development programs, and private services. CCBRT's targets children and women with disabilities as well as the poorest of the poor. This includes women suffering from obstetric fistula, disabled pregnant women, adolescent pregnant women, as well as children with disabilities (including those with cerebral palsy, cleft lip/palate, club foot, blindness, and other disabilities hindering their quality of life). To support CCBRT, I work on developing strategic partnerships with USG and North American donors, foundations and other key entities to ensure they are able to maximize their reach to Tanzania's most vulnerable populations.

Bid Boss is a women-run consulting firm dedicated to helping humanitarian and international development organizations win more institutional donor funding. Supporting the multiple humanitarian and international development organizations through proposal development & writing, strategy advising, research and copy editing.

At The Bassiouni Group I help with the overall project management (from identifying opportunities to seeing them through to completion) for consulting, trade and sustainable investment opportunities in the developing world as well as help write and secure bids, find and connect with consultants, and assist with consulting projects from providing evaluation / quantitative and qualitative research assistance, editing and report writing support, as well as logistics support for consultants in the field. On the trade side, I help TBG research and connect with different trade outlets, including WFP and UN Missions focusing on food, housing and construction materials, and solar energy. TBG also works with various investment opportunities in Africa and much of my work involves providing, research and technical support to these various projects. Along with this, I also manage and help with the evaluation of the consulting opportunities TBG undertakes, having played an integral role in the development of UNICEF's Situation Analysis of Children and Women in DPRK; the UNICEF East Asia and Pacific Regional Office's Equity Case Studies titled "A Fair Start for Every Child: How six governments in East Asia and the Pacific solved some of the most stubborn problems facing marginalized children;" the analysis and development of a full Monitoring and Evaluation framework for FAO South Sudan's Geographic and Demographic Survey to Deliver Possible Options for the Delivery of Basic Production Sector, Livelihood, Literacy and Numeracy Skills to Pastoralist Communities; the evaluation of UNDP Kenya's Support to the Realization of Human Rights and Access to Justice in Kenya (2012-2015); the analysis of UNFPA's Africa Regional Office Program 2008-2012; as well as UNICEF Sudan's Evaluation of the Field Delivery Structure; among others, having also helped write and edit the final reports for all of the projects.

At Global Visionaries I assisted with the overall program management. I also taught a micro-finance course to 15 high school students, developed and implemented a mentorship program for the students who needed help completing the overall program requirements, and assisted with website management and design while also instructing and managing students to do so as well. Other job functions: proof read grant proposals, assist with fundraising (both procurement of items and events), and overall office management.
