As Recruitment Adviser, I was the one of the front-line Ambassadors of Atelka, responsible for promoting/maintaining a positive and professional image of the company, working closely with management to establish hiring goals, timelines and coordinate strategies to meet recruiting strategies. Tasks included analyzing the upcoming recruitment needs in order to define proper recruiting strategy plans, performing the complete recruiting cycle which included telephone screening, scheduling and conducting interviews, evaluations, testing, and selection of candidates, hosting information sessions for new hires, providing daily reports of recruitment activities, maintaining and improving recruiting techniques depending on results and feedback from the training team, representing the company at events such as job fairs, open houses, sponsored events, etc., in order to maintain a pipeline of candidates. Assisting the Physiotherapist by attending to client/patients in a fast paced physiotherapy/rehabilitation clinic, performing duties such as providing treatment including modalities of interferential current (IFC), ultrasound, applying heat and ice, changing of linens to ensure rooms are kept tidy, laundry upkeep, responsible for typing correspondence/forms forwarded to family doctors, specialists and Work Safe N.B. through use of Dictaphone, filling in for our on-site Kinesiologist to run our gym/rehabilitation program during sick/vacation days, assisted with various filing in our front office, and other duties as needed.
