Product Manager, VpInxeption Nov 2020 - Aug 2021In this role, I primarily focused on building, prioritizing, and detailing our product roadmap. I worked with stakeholders on our logistic, marketing, financial, sales, and customer teams. I implemented large scale ideas and goals and turned them into actionable items. I continued to refine our development process by defining steps and documents needed in each phase of development. On this team, I worked hands-on with our new features including a private ecommerce B2B marketplace and freight logistics processes within our platform. I loved working on impactful features for our customers as well as leading the charge for new initiatives in our product. Director Of Customer SuccessInxeption Oct 2019 - Nov 2020When I made the move from San Francisco to New York, I also made the move from Product to Customer Success. My first challenge in this role was setting up our support system and processes. Our customer count was growing and they had questions about everything from initial setup to general troubleshooting. As the leader of this group, I captured and reported on common issues and questions our customers had. By giving the data back to the development organization, I was able to continue to impact the roadmap and start a culture of a tight knit customer success and product development organization relationship. I also managed a group of customer success reps to onboard and grow customer revenue. In this role, I talked with customers and was able to get the root of various feature requests. I honed my skills at understanding customers' processes and helped them optimize their use of our platform.

Director Of Product ManagementInxeption Oct 2017 - Oct 2019As the first product manager at Inxeption, I wore many hats. These ranged from defining the building blocks of a new software to meeting with the first customers and onboarding them. I focused on our long term roadmap and the daily tasks of ensuring development flowed from design to engineering. I met with customers and senior leadership daily and created general development processes including how our specs were outlined and our QA processes executed.I also had an influential part in defining the information architecture of this new SaaS platform and which features we should build out first. I defined the product data module (PIM), the orders module, and the ecommerce checkout flow. I was able to research and make decisions on which technology partners we integrated with such as the cc processor and visitor tracking tool. Once our ecommerce MVP was live, we turned focus to shipping and logistics. I led the implementation of UPS parcel and freight shipping on the platform.
