Responsible for day to day management of the co-working center and clients. Handling any buildingissues, scheduling vendors for repairs, and maintaining center standards, while maintaining profitability. Ordering tools and supplies for center operations and repairs. Interfacing with clients on a daily basis, responding to and following-up with clients on a timely basis, resolving conflict and overcoming client complaints as well as invoicing and collecting monthly rent payments. Creating a fun and dynamic work environment for clients. Scheduling center events, hosting breakfast, lunch or happy hours for clients, touring prospective clients through the building, onboarding and welcoming new clients to the building, working in tandem with the sales department. I performed all of this and more with client satisfaction always a priority.

As a Store Manager my responsibilities included driving storewide sales by personally delivering excellent customer service as well as coaching sales associates in product specifications, sales incentives and selling techniques and also reviewing performance data to monitor and measure productivity and goal progress. Controlling expenses by monitoring and scheduling purchase orders to fit store need, effective hiring, and minimizing shrinkage through excellent customer service and adherence to standard practices. As store manager I was also responsible for store operations such as processing payroll, scheduling employees, merchandise placement, receiving and sending shipments, managing off-sites torage during peak months, and ordering store supplies.
