Responsible for the marketing, management and creative execution of the MMF product line. Timely new product introductions through leadership of the new product process and cross-functional teams. Responsible for vendor research and development of new relationships to expand product offering and manage production costs.

Developed and implemented direct response marketing programs. Designed programs, established financial goals, coordinated production and conducted program evaluations. Worked closely with Product Management, Brand Marketing, Law, I/T as well as multiple external vendors to ensure content accuracy, legal compliance, proper execution/distribution and message consistency.

Direct Mail Production Manager 1999 to 2000Developed prospect lists for the Consumer Finance Products Group, which was responsible for generating 90% of the Company’s annual goal of $1.4 billion in asset growth. Worked closely with the business development units, the Law/Compliance Departments, creative agencies, printers and mail houses in the development, production and distribution of more than 15 million direct mail pieces on an annual basis. Supported the groups overall goal of developing $65 million in new loan assets/month.
