Hello, I am Laura, a Software Engineer at Microsoft. My journey at Microsoft started in February 2023, and, since then, I have been on an exciting path of innovation and continuous learning. At Microsoft, I am involved in the realm of large language models (LLMs) and their practical applications. My responsibilities range from conceiving and executing projects to ensuring the smooth operation of one of Microsoft's latest AI products. In addition to my Microsoft experience, I also had the privilege of participating in Meta's LATAM internship program in 2022. While working collaboratively with an international team, I gained valuable exposure to diverse perspectives. This experience pushed me out of my comfort zone, enabling me to confidently lead meetings, present projects, and contribute code that had a tangible impact on a global user base.
