Rejoined WMP as Director of Finance to oversee all office management, human resources and accounting functions.After hiring of new COO, HR director and accounting director, changed responsiblities to consist of managing all contract files, reviewing all financial terms in client and sub-consultant contracts processed all client invoices and collected AR. Assisted project managers in tracking billings, budgets and profitability.

Hired to perform all duties in the accounting office. Size of Firm upon hire was 17 employees. As company grew to a size of 50+ added office manager and hr manager responsibilities to my job description. Hired, trained and managed all administrative and accounting staff. Maintained all client contract files and employee files. Responsible for financial reporting to general manager and partner.

Provided support in the preparation of tax returns and tax return data entry. Prepared weekly, bi-weekly semi-monthly and quarterly payroll and all payroll tax filings for clients. Processed data from clients, reconciled bank statements and prepared monthly financial statements. Processed accounts payable and accounts receivables for clients.
