Project Details: Construct a 100LF shaft partition wall consisting of CH channel, 1" thick green panels, double layer of drywall, wrapped truss, built 12' metal stud divider walls at neighboring shared wall, new electrical and plumbing. Emergency system included a sound/air flow shunt. Joining spaces together required cutting through CMU and placing lintel headers and reinforcing the opening. The rooftop received new HVAC Carrier units.
