At The BIO Agency we look to come up with solutions for all of client's needs. We solve client problems by engineering them to take advantage of the digital era. We are 'Digital Change Agents' and with a strong team in-house full of designers, IA and developers it means we can work together as a team to come up with the best solutions.My role is to manage various accounts and make sure the relationship goes from strength to strength while being able to showcase excellent results depending on the goals set.

After working on various large and small projects at 4MAT as an account executive, I have now been given the privilege of becoming a Project Manager. This involves managing the team, client's expectations and project timelines from start to finish.It shows I have the organisational skills and can handle large projects making sure they are to budget and in particular making sure the customer has a great experience.My projects have included, full website redesigns, rebranding, mobile websites, corporate career websites, brand now website builds.

I started my career at 4MAT as an Account Executive dealing with the support queries that came through on all our accounts. This also meant juggling the different tasks that came up and keeping constant communication with clients updating on when their work will be completed.It gave me a great insight and stepping stone to move my way up to Project Manager within the company.

-Worked with high profile clients and due to my past experience was fortunate enough to be moved to the NBC Chalet.-Won the Best Worker Award in 2010 at Wimbledon, showing my skills were noticed by my colleagues, clients (who recommended me) and my employers.-Showed I can be flexible by adapting to difficult requests from important clients.-Showcased my excellent communication skills and good nature when conversing with new clients and colleagues.-Being promoted halfway through 2011 Wimbledon to a tougher environment was challenging but I slipped straight into the role.

-Achieved Level 1 Assistant Tennis Coach Award.-Responible for running my own group of children which changed each hour, requiring flexibility.-Given the task of setting up the exercises early in the morning, so the camp could run smoothly.-Patience and compassion was necessary with especially the youngest age group.-Head Coach saw how organised and reliable I was and gave me the role of administation assistant.-Used Microsoft Excel for inputting important data to help the club receive essential funding from the council.

-Graduate Intern account manager position at JKR Design.-Responsible for market research with regards to both current and potential clients.-Created presentations showcasing specific products' USPs, competitors, consumers etc.-Attended various brainstorming sessions on helping how to market new products.-Created a new filing system for their old catalogues of magazines and newspapers. Also organised the entire company's photo database.

-Responsible for making the local community and tourists aware of the need to protect the Mexican turtles.-Patrolled the 9km beach throughout the night by foot to collect turtle eggs and ward off poachers from stealing them.-Gave presentations to tourists.-Organised the group's travel around Mexico.-Worked with Mexicans who spoke no english which was good practice for my Spanish and to begin with learnt to communicate without the same dialogue.

-Helped run the children's tennis camps.-Planned and implemented several exercises to keep the children motivated and improving with their tennis. -Learnt to become flexible and adapt to new situations as was switching around different age groups from 3-18.
