Researched and drafted two appellate briefs (4th Amendment issue in the Illinois Court of Appeals, Second District; Defamation/Breach of the Medical Studies Act issue for the Illinois Court of Appeals, First District). Played a considerable role in drafting litigation documents through summary judgment and trial preparation in a fraudulent conveyance/foreclosure matter in the Federal District Court (Northern Dist., Eastern Div.).

Created, researched and drafted the semester-long federal appellate brief problem for the 1L Legal Writing and Research class for Professor Meredith Stange. In addition to drafting the problem itself, drafted the bench memo, served on the bench as a judge for 1L oral appellate arguments, and played the role of the client for a mock interview performed by 1Ls.
