I am a Certified Resilient Transitions Coach. I help women in midlife rebuild their lives with clarity, confidence, and purpose using my signature "Rise up with Resilience" method. Having experienced- loss of my husband in an accident- divorce- cancer diagnosis- loss of a parent- miscarriage- blending a family- international movesI am using my multitude of difficult life experiences to help strong women find their way to the other side of overwhelm.It took me years to dream again after my husband died (and my divorce before that). After reflecting on my past, I am using what I’ve learned to help other women through this difficult journey. I see so many women who have lost their vibrancy. So many of us wind up compromising more in our life than we ever intend to. Then something unexpected happens, and we feel overwhelmed and alone. It is so easy to allow fear and uncertainty to take over our lives during these times.I help women remember what powerful, capable, confident people they once were. I introduce them to a community of like-minded women who understand how they feel and who inspire them to have the courage to face the unknown. Having first-hand experience with each of these, people call me when:They’ve lost a spouse, have actively sought help with their grief, and are now at the point they feel they are ready to transition out of the trauma, build resilience, and step into a new life.They've gone through a divorce and don't recognize themselves in the mirror. If they are no longer someone's spouse, who are they?They are single parents who are delighted to find love again but could use some help merging the two families.They or their loved one has been diagnosed with a serious medical disease, and they need support and clarity about how to face it.They have or will soon move internationally, and don’t have anyone in their life who can relate and guide them.I also help empty-nestors and women entering their retirement years with no idea how they are going to spend the ample time they will soon have on their hands.
