Laura Ananda is a Undergraduate Accounting Student at Brawijaya University. Colleagues describe them as "The Secretary of the Department of BEM FEB UB 2023 has the following functions: managing the department's administration (Key Performance Indicator, Objective Key Result, and Evaluation Report of Department), managing people, and coordinating with the department head. It is a privilege to have worked with Laura as the Secretary of the Department of Social Society and Environmental Affairs (SOMALIAH) of BEM FEB UB 2023. Laura was able to contribute to strategic stakeholder mapping so that the community service program was in line with the target and the analysis of the field conditions that she had analyzed. In addition, Laura was able to create a comfortable working environment in her department. This is evidenced by the fact that 6 of her officials received awards as the best staff during the period of office, and all planning was achieved or even exceeded the target. Of course, there was a role for Laura as Secretary of the Department in ensuring the planning that had been made by the divisions and departments. I highly recommend Laura as a working partner because she is able to carry out her duties well and she has innovative ideas in developing the programs that she wants to run."
