AEM Futures charge a small fee in order to cover the costs, but as a non for profit organisation the drive is in helping the sector. Within my role I led the AEM Futures Team in sourcing and providing these graduates to companies. My role included increasing sales of the service by visiting clients and raising awareness of the service, organising and conducting assessment centres for clients such as Siemens and also administering the induction courses that all graduates that are placed undertook with us. There were strict deadlines to meet within a tight budget and driven sales targets, as in order to be able to provide the service we had to place enough graduates to cover the costs. I managed a team of 2 whilst at NAMTEC who conducted the recruitment process. Show less
