EXPERIENCEMs. Wolfe joined McCormick Barstow's Litigation Practice Group in 2013. She represents individual and corporate clients in all areas of litigation, with an emphasis in Labor and Employment Law. Ms. Wolfe has experience in all aspects of civil litigation, on both the Plaintiff and Defense side, up to and through the appellate process. She is skilled in managing and conducting civil litigation, and has both bench and jury trial experience. In addition, Ms. Wolfe represents clients in litigation alternatives including mediation and arbitration. Prior to joining McCormick Barstow, Ms. Wolfe practiced civil litigation in Hanford, California.Ms. Wolfe is admitted to practice before all California State Courts, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California, the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.HONORS AND AWARDSMs. Wolfe is AV® Preeminent™ Peer Review Rated with Martindale-Hubbell.
